ChiRunning Performance


This Performance Series focused on aspects of what it takes to truly gain higher performance, and more speed in your running, without sending your effort level through the roof and costing you hours and hours of unnecessary strength training.

  • 1. Economise your movement: Get rid of anything in your technique that slows you down.
  • 2. Don’t overuse any part of your body: Run with your whole body working as a unit, recognising that your legs are only a small contributor to your speed.
  • 3. Be adaptable: Adapt your technique to respond to whatever external or internal conditions you find yourself in.

Entry requirements: Runners who have completed ChiRunning Essentials Workshop and 8 weeks of weekly form-refinement training
